Washburn County Timber Sale – December 2024

Washburn County Forestry is offering an additional timber sale packet for 2024.  These are 5 shelterwood red oak sales on pre-sale scarified sites.  These 5 tracts total 322 acres with approximately 11,170 tons of pulpwood and 1,383 mbf of sawlogs.

Sealed bids are to be submitted no later than 8:30 a.m. Wednesday December 4, 2024.  BIDS WILL BE OPENED AT THE WASHBURN COUNTY FORESTRY DEPARTMENT OFFICE IN SPOONER.  Bids will be opened and reviewed shortly after 8:30 a.m.

All bids must be accompanied by a 10% bid deposit unless the bidder is otherwise exempted under the blanket performance deposit policy.
