FALL CLEAN-UP DAY FOR WASHBURN COUNTY PROPERTY OWNERS AND RENTERS

Washburn County is hosting a clean-up day on Saturday, October 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Collection will be held at the Washburn County Highway Department, 1600 County Highway H, Spooner, WI.
Accepted items include:
- Tires including vehicle, tractor, lawn mower, bicycle (limit 20 per address)
- Mattresses
- Furniture
- Electronics (including TVs)
- Appliances
NOT accepted items include:
- Hazardous waste
- Recyclables
- Household garbage
- Batteries
- Bulbs
- Home remodel/construction debris
- Toilets
- Sinks
- Air compressors
- Grills
- Lawn mowers
- Air conditioners
- Gym equipment
Washburn County property owners and renters are eligible to participate. Proof of residency or ownership will be required at the entrance. On-site help to unload items will be limited. NO business or commercial waste will be accepted.
