Administrative Coordinator: The Administrative Coordinator administers, implements, and
coordinates all county management functions including personnel management, policies, labor
relations, and County Board resolutions and ordinances. The work is performed according to
applicable Wisconsin statutes and under the direction of the County Board of Supervisors.
Human Resources: The Human Resource Department is responsible for all functions related to
Washburn County employees, from Recruitment, Hiring, Benefits, Compensation, Staff
Development, and Performance Management. The Human Resources Department is here to assist
all employees to succeed in their roles in Washburn County.
