Spooner Lake Winter Drawdown

The annual winter drawdown for Spooner Lake is scheduled September 21st, 2025 through October 15^th, 2025.  Water levels will be dropped 6” from the normal summer target elevation of 96.8 to the winter target elevation of 96.3.  Water levels will be kept at the winter target elevation until all of the ice melts in the spring.  At that point, water levels will be raised while maintaining minimum flow in the Yellow River.
